Cylinder/Ram:- Cylinders manufactured out of ultrasonically tested high quality imported Seamless tube  of  ST-52  grade. , Tensile strength 650 N/mm2.

v  All cylinders bores will be machined & finish  in  case of  double acting   cylinders.

v  Most efficient  & reliable seal kit directly imported from  Germany , USA & Korea consisting of  wiper , PU -Rod seal  , Tercite Step seal , PTFE + Bronze  Guide rings , Teflon  backup rings , O-Rings   chevron or twin set fiber reinforced oil resistant polyurethane/nylon   seals used in the glands  & piston seals for leak proof performance.

v  Ram itself  is  ground  to a  high  degree  of  finish   &  then hardchrome plated  to  50RC  for  long life of seals & corrosion resistance.

v  The  wiper  seals provided at the  tip of the  cylinder  neck  prevents dirt  from entering   into the  hydraulic  cylinder.
